I. GENERAL TERMS

Please write in a clear and nice manner.Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.Provide neat references.
Not a wall of text.
If your character doesn't have a ref and I have to work off on a description of them. It will cost extra since I have to piece together your character.If you want me to reference a photo of a real person, please be able to provide a specific color palette for hair, eyes, skin, and clothes. I will not accept photo references without this specified palette.Price may vary if I find the character to be too detailed or complicated to draw.I have the right to refuse your commission if I feel uncomfortable with it or if it is beyond my current skills.My art style may be prone to changes. (Although it will not change much, please be wary.)I do work with deadlines, but they entail an extra fee that differs depending on how fast you need it.You are responsible for saving your images. I will keep images in my computer for up to a month, but after that, they are erased.Follow the rules provided on the commission page or YCH form/deviation.
If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.

II. PAYMENT

All commissions must be paid in full upfront.The currency accepted is USD ($).The points shall only be paid through the commission widget unless stated otherwise.

III. PROCESS

I work in order of who pays first, but if a commission inspires me or is easier and quicker to finish, I will work on that first.When I send WIPs (Work In Progress), depending on the type of comm you order
- Line: Clean Sketch
- Flat: Clean Sketch > Ink
- Shaded: Clean Sketch > Ink > Flats
After any of those steps is the time to ask/request/remind me of anything.I will ONLY make pose/heavy changes during the clean sketch stages.Please DO NOT rush me. If you are in a hurry I do have a rush fee.The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3-6+ months depending on many factors such as;
Health, order of commission, complexity, Work, family issues, or just in general offline life becoming hectic.Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about your commission!You may also check my Trello to view what stage your commission is at!I have social anxiety so I apologize if I don't contact you myself if any issue arises, so it's highly encouraged you check my Trello, I have a section I update of my status.

IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.I will happily correct mistakes made on my behalf but I will not fix any mistakes made on the commissioner's behalf (Ex. Failure to mention extra details, clothing changes, etc.) past the clean sketch stage.Any great changes will come with an extra charge.
Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change, or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.During the clean sketch stage, up to 3 changes can be made for free, but anything exceeding the 3 changes will be an additional $10 USDSo make sure to be clear in your order on what you want and inform me of important details!

V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself with in any place or site.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.The commissioner are allowed to:
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY

I do not like to give refunds since it's money I need. So be sure you want to commission me.If you want a refund but work has been done, you only get back depending on how much progress has been made. It's highly unreasonable and unfair to ask for a full refund when my time has already been wasted working on your piece.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.You will be forbidden to ever commission me, ever again.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want for others to watch out for.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
